A member is an approved person on your church's board: someone who joined with your invite code and, if you use the approval queue, was approved by an admin. Pick your plan by honest congregation size and you're done. We don't audit attendance, and we'll never ask you to prove a headcount.

You'll get a friendly nudge from us to move up a plan when you're well past your size, not the moment member 151 joins. Your board is never locked and praying is never blocked over a member count; counting people is not what this tool is for. If your church is growing, that's worth celebrating, and we'll sort the plan out together.

You choose your plan. No sales call, and since the trial never asked for a card, nothing charges automatically. If you're not ready, your board pauses and goes read-only; nothing is deleted without advance notice. And because church decisions move at the speed of board meetings, if yours is waiting on one, email us, and we're glad to give you more time.

Storage covers the things that take real space: audio prayers and video testimonies. Text is never limited: prayer requests, comments, and written testimonies don't count against anything, on any plan. If your church gets close to its cap, we'll reach out before it matters and figure it out together. Nothing is ever deleted because you ran out of room.

Yes to both. Annual billing is two months free: $390, $790, or $1,490 a year depending on your plan. If your church pays by check, needs an invoice, or has a finance process that doesn't love credit cards, email us and we'll make it work. Church finance committees are not an edge case to us.

Yes. No contract, no cancellation call, no retention script. If you cancel, your board pauses and goes read-only rather than disappearing, nothing is deleted without advance notice, and a full copy of your church's data is yours on request.
