For church staff & prayer teams

One board for the requests. One queue for you.

Right now they reach the office through email, two text threads, a connect card, and a hallway conversation after second service, and somebody has to keep track. Prayer Board gives your congregation one private board, and gives you one pending queue to run it from.

Prayer Board

A private prayer board for your church

One-page brief for church leadership

churchprayerboard.com

Every request prayed over. Every answer remembered.

One private, members-only prayer board for the congregation. It opens in any phone or computer browser with the church's invite code, and nothing to download. When God answers, the request becomes a testimony the whole church gets to celebrate.

How it works

  1. 1
A request is sharedunder their own name or anonymously, on the church's private board
  2. 2
The church praysevery “I Prayed” tap emails the requester a name: someone prayed today
  3. 3
Prayers are spokenrecorded audio prayers, heard only by the requester and church admins
  4. 4
God answersthe request becomes a testimony, and the whole congregation gets the news

Oversight & privacy

  • Four independent approval toggles: require your review for new members, prayer requests, testimonies, and comments, or let any of them go through automatically
  • Invite-code access only: remove a member anytime and access is revoked immediately
  • Anonymous to the congregation, never to the admins: pastoral care stays possible
  • Encrypted in transit and at rest: never sold or shared; if the church ever cancels, nothing is deleted without notice and a full copy of its data is available on request

The weekly workflow

The congregation runs most of it. Here's your part.

No data entry, no list to retype, no Monday-morning reconstruction of who asked for what. Three things happen, and only one of them needs you.

  1. Members join themselves. Share the invite link or 8-character code from the pulpit or the bulletin. It opens in any phone or computer browser, nothing to download, simple enough for the least technical member of your congregation. Turn on member approval and every signup waits for your okay first.
  2. You approve from one queue. Four independent toggles: new members, prayer requests, testimonies, comments. Whatever you toggle on lands in your pending queue; approve it and it publishes. Whatever you leave off publishes itself. Use as much or as little review as your church needs.
  3. The emails run themselves. Members pick their own notifications: every new request instantly, a daily digest at the hour they choose, or a weekly summary on the day they choose. Every type has an off switch, and one click pauses everything, so the office never fields a “take me off the list” call.

Roles & control

Nothing depends on one volunteer.

People rotate, coordinators move away, and the prayer ministry has to outlast all of it. The board keeps running through every transition, and you keep pastoral oversight of everything on it.

A real prayer-team role

Give your intercessors a dedicated role: they're notified of every new request and see the whole board. No more photocopied list passed around on Sunday morning.

Unlimited admins, every plan

Pastor, office administrator, prayer coordinator: add as many admins as the work needs, at no extra cost on any plan.

When a volunteer moves on

Remove any member at any time, and their access is revoked immediately. Then regenerate the invite code: the old one stops working the moment you do.

Anonymous to members, never to you

Members can post anonymously when something is too personal to put their name on. The congregation never sees the name, but admins can. Pastoral care stays possible, and accountability never disappears.

Audio prayers, never broadcast

A recorded prayer is heard by the person who asked, and by your church admins, so there's always oversight. Never the whole board, never the open internet.

Numbers for the board meeting

Members, requests, answered prayers, activity over time. When the board asks how the prayer ministry is going, you'll have the actual answer.

Alongside what you already run

Keep Planning Center. Keep Breeze. Keep all of it.

Prayer Board runs alongside whatever your church already uses. It never touches your giving, attendance, or member records, and there's no second database to keep in sync. Members join themselves with one link and manage their own settings. Your church software keeps doing its job. Prayer Board does the one job it doesn't: making sure every request is prayed over, and every answer remembered.

Private by default, yours for keeps. Only approved members of your own church can see the board, every church's board is isolated from every other's, and everything is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell or share your data. And if you ever cancel, your board pauses rather than disappearing, with a full copy of your church's data available on request. The full security & data practices →

Pricing is published and flat by congregation size: $39, $79, or $149 a month, every feature on every plan. See the plans →

Run next week from one queue.

Set it up yourself this afternoon, bring the printed brief to your next board meeting, and stop reconstructing the prayer list from four inboxes.
